Drill Team Hawaii's goal is to develop good dancers in a
caring atmosphere where girls can experience pride and excellence,
both in practice and performance. We hope to be able to:
- Develop each girl's talent to its fullest potential.
- Help each girl realize she is different from every other girl but they all
have qualities that can strengthen each other.
- Challenge them to strive to be the best they can be, with the
understanding that this does not mean being better than someone else.
- Teach them to recognize and respect the talents of others.
- Teach the girls the importance of setting standards and goals and
achieving them.
- Help reinforce moral values in the girls'
lives.
